Branding & UI elements.

The Raise Relief logo is composed of three symbols that combine to create a unique logo mark: a hand, a house and an upward arrow. The hand represents help, and it is meant to show a comforting nature to bring relief to those in need. The second part of the symbol is a house, which represents shelter and safety that Raise Relief brings to children around the world. By combining the two symbols into one, the logo deepens the meaning of Raise Relief program. The synergy of the hand and the house creates a feeling of nurturing action to bring help, stability and shelter. In the negative space of the mark is the third symbol of the logo; an upward arrow. The arrow denotes rising in respect to both creating relief around the world and raising children in better environments. The arrow is also echoed in the main shape of the logo mark to enhance the feeling of rising and moving up.

The Font for Raise Relief logo uses Bebas-Nue in two different font weights to create variety while keeping the logo simple. This font was chosen to portray “Raise Relief” as a professional organization as well as to set a youthful fun tone associated with the organization. Color is also used in an “ABAB” pattern to create rhythm and guide the viewer’s eye across from left to right. The two colors are also used to unify the logo mark with the words “Raise Relief.”
